1. How long before my mailbox is
installed after placing my order?
Upon receipt of payment, we will schedule your installation
immediately and an installer should be out within the week.
2. Does anyone have
to be home during an installation?
No – If payment arrangements have been made in advance,
you need not be present.
3. Will the installer
be asking for use of utilities from my home such as water or
electricity?
No
- Our trucks are totally self contained.
4. Do you install the mailbox posts in
cement?
Yes. Cement keeps the post straight and solid for years to
come. Cement also prolongs the life of a wooden post
by keeping moisture and insects from damaging the post.
5. What is the warranty on my mailbox?
We offer a one year warranty against defects in materials and
workmanship. However, we do not assume responsibility for any
damage that may be caused after the mailbox is installed; including,
but not limited to, damage from snow plows, acts of vandalism,
vehicle damage, etc.
6. What is included with my mailbox
installation.
We will remove your old standard mailbox, install your new
mailbox in cement, clean work site when job is complete, and dispose
of your old mailbox. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED FOR
REMOVAL OF ANYTHING OTHER THAN STANDARD MAILBOX POSTS (I.E. BRICK,
STONE, MASONRY, ETC.) PLEASE NOTIFY US WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER AS
TO WHETHER YOU HAVE ANY OF THESE TYPES OF MAILBOXES FOR REMOVAL.
7. What are your methods of payment?
We accept cash, check, money order, Visa and MasterCard.
8. Will my personal
information be shared to others?
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
